Trained in the ryotei kitchens of Kyoto, Chef Haru Nakamura spent two decades mastering the disciplines of kaiseki before bringing his quiet, seasonal philosophy to Dubai at Aoyama. His cooking is an act of restraint โ a single perfect ingredient, coaxed to its peak, presented with the rhythm of the seasons.
